Today we played a little game of afl and the teams were swans and hawks. There Hawks were wearing bibs and i was a hawk. it was hard game because we were in a small place. There were only lots of potions and they  were ruckest,deference,and the goal catcher and if there team hand ball the ball to the goal catcher and the goal catcher catches the ball on the full that's a point to there team

THE RUCK

The ball is thrown up and you have to jump and high five the ball/hit the ball
This happens at the start of the quarter after a goal and throw in's
They do this to see who gets the ball
The only  people are the ruck men and the umpire

THE CLOCK
The umpire calls out a o'clock before he throws the ball
Then you hit/high five the ball in the direction he says
e.g 12 o'clock forward,3 o'[clock right,9 o'clock left,6 o'clock back.
if you hit/high five it in a the right direction you get a point
