How to plant flax seeds
1. Scoop the soil into your yogurt container
2. Swipe the top of the yogurt container3. push the soil in
4. pick one black banana / pods
5. peal the pod 
6. put the seeds in the yogurt container7 put some soil on top to cover the seeds
